Q) How can I begin working with you?

A) Firstly, please complete the website enquiry form where you can provide a summary of your requirements for support. We will then schedule your complimentary 20 minute no obligation discovery call to discuss further and to also get to know each other.

Next, once we have decided that we would like to work together, we will send you a summary of your bespoke support, along with the required documents, which includes the client agreement and payment terms  / quote for the proposed work.

Lastly, once you have signed the client agreement and completed the payment terms, we can begin the work.

Q) Can we meet in person?

A) Yes, we are happy to meet in person for example at your place of work / public place for an initial free ‘meet and greet’ – as long as it is a reasonable distance within London (as that is where we are based).

Q) Do you have business insurance?

A) Yes, we have Professional Business Insurance (professional indemnity) provided by PolicyBee – Policy Number: 15183575.

Q) How do I know that my data is secure?

A) We take GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) very seriously and the confidentiality / security of all personal and or business data has always been a fundamental part of HR Reach. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and our ICO number is ZB611607 (this is a legal data protection requirement for businesses processing personal information).

Q) How do I communicate with you?

A) We are open to ways that work for you, these typically include via mobile, e-mail, WhatsApp, scheduling a video call on Zoom / Teams  or meeting in person.

Q) How do you keep track of your time?

A) We track working time via professional software (Toggle) which details the time spent on each client. This will then be provided to you once the work is complete. All time that is tracked will be rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. We will inform you of the remaining hours on a regular basis so that you are always up to date.

Q) What are your working hours?

A) Monday to Wednesday between 9:30am – 4:00pm UK time. We can also be flexible and work on other days depending on client needs (this has to be agreed in advance).

Q) Is there a minimum amount of hours for your services?

A) Yes, the minimum time would be 3 hours (the first hour is used to understand your brief and vision, and the last two hours to complete the work).
