Hi, I’m Sevcan (aka Sev), founder of HR Reach.

Based in London, I support HR Consultants and SMEs with professional HR Project Management and template solutions that make business life easier.

With over 15 years of experience in HR and Business Operations across the public, private and charity sectors, I bring structure, organisation and efficiency to every project I manage. I’m also CIPD Level 7 qualified, fully insured, GDPR trained and ICO registered – giving my clients peace of mind.

At HR Reach, my goal is simple – to take the pressure off by managing your HR projects with care and precision, so you can focus on doing what you love most. Whether it’s short-term projects, long-term initiatives, or streamlining your processes, I’m here to keep things on track and deliver results without the overwhelm.
